• If our hope for justice rests solely upon what happens in this world, we are pitiable indeed.


• Our hope lies in mercy, not in judgement.


• Let us lay up our treasure in Heaven, where no injustice can carry it away.


• We will all die: the question of when and where are not those that are critical, but what shall become of your soul.


• If God stood willing to forgive Ahab, we can be sure of his readiness to forgive all such as truly repent.
